This package consists of four transformative sessions, each crafted to guide you towards a fulfilling and purpose-driven career. Additionally, this will integrate the CliftonStrengths assessment to provide valuable insights into your unique talents.

Session 1: Self-Discovery and Goal Setting

  • We will dive into a discussion about your professional goals and aspirations.
  • You will complete exercises from my “career toolkit” to focus on your values, interests, and skills, unveiling potential career paths.
  • Together, we’ll set realistic and actionable short-term and long-term goals that resonate with your unique aspirations.

Session 2: CliftonStrengths Assessment

  • Prior to our session, you will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment (available for separate purchase). This is a research based tool for self-discovery that will illuminate your unique talents, setting the stage for a transformational coaching experience.
  • We will delve into the CliftonStrengths framework, unlocking an understanding of how these innate qualities shape not just your career but your overall satisfaction in work and life.
  • We will dive into your strengths report to empower you to articulate your powerful narrative. You will have language to craft a story of your strengths—a story that will guide you in leveraging these qualities to navigate your career journey with confidence and purpose.

Session 3: Crafting Your Personal Brand

  • Analyze your unique qualities, skills, and strengths identified through the CliftonStrengths assessment.
  • Articulate a compelling personal brand statement that communicates your value proposition to potential employers.
  • Optimize your LinkedIn profile and other online platforms to reflect your personal brand.

Session 4: Career Strategy and Action Plan

  • Explore potential career paths and organizations aligned with your strengths, values and goals.
  • Develop effective networking strategies to expand your professional connections. We will use LinkedIn to expand your professional network and connect with recruiters and industry leaders.
  • Create a personalized action plan outlining steps to take in the coming months to achieve your career goals.

  • Email coaching for support, guidance, and accountability in between coaching sessions
